- Add some water not a lot to make your stew watery and tasteless, just enough, stir in the tomatoe paste then cover your stew and cook over low heat.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Keep checking if the potatoes are done. NOTE: if undone add some water but if the potatoes are done do not add any water. Turn off heat then serve your stew.
