- Add lime juice and garnish with cilantro and hot sauce if desired. Top with crispy tortilla strips.
Stir in the chicken and onion mixture, and reduce heat. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook chicken and onion in oil until lightly browned. Stir in the broth, chiles, cumin, oregano and cayenne; bring to a boil. Mix chicken, potatoes, salsa, broth, cumin, salt, and pepper in slow cooker.
