  27. Make ready 2 tbsp Cornflour to make slurry in water

Use finger-length red chillis (seeds removed) for the colour, and red chilli padi (seeds on) for the heat. Cut the ingredients to uniform small chunks to ensure even blending.   8. Put soy sauce 1tbsp vinegar 2tbp, red chilli auce 2tbsp black pepper powder salt if needed and add the boiled rice mix it well
  9. Sprinkle the chopped spring onion andcook for 5 min on low flame untill rice is cooked to it's perfection.
  10. Serve and enjoy with the chilli checken and enjoy
