  8. Good with sliced up French bread with little butter spreaded on it
  9. Can be made in crockpot or pan

Put cooked beef, tomatoes, water, bouillon, and pepper in large pot. Serve with French bread or crusty. Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat, and crumble in the ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is evenly browned and no longer pink. When browned, use a slotted spoon to transfer the ground beef onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
