- Add meat and fry till it's color change to golden
- Add water and let it cook. Cook till 80 % done
- Now add red whole chillies, chopped ginger garlic, green chillies dried coriander seeds and fried onions and cook till meat become soft completely
- Dried all the water. And mix till oil seperated from masala and meat
- Dish out and Sprinkle ginger, fresh coriander and green chillies on top and serve with naan
Heat a large Dutch oven with a tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat. Season the beef generously with salt and pepper, and add to the pan. Remove the beef from the pot and add the vinegar and wine. Cook over medium-high heat, scraping the pan with a wooden spoon to loosen any browned bits. Add the beef, beef broth and bay leaves.
