- Boil water in a 1ltr electric kettle
- Take 2 pans and keep on stove..one of them for cooking pasta and the other for cooking the remaining ingredients..
- Put pasta in a pan and boiled water with salt and oil..now close it with a lid and let it cook
- Next pan add oil and beaten eggs.add salt and pepper as per your taste requirement..
- Add oregano and saute it well until the eggs are cooked
- Once the macaroni is cooked do cool it off with cold water after straining the hot water from it.
- Now add macaroni to the egg mixture and tomato sauce..mix them well
- You can add oregano if u like it's taste.. putting it at this time would give it a great flavour..now off the flame.
- Macaroni ready..now for the salad..peel and cut 3 cucumbers,diced 2 tomatoes and a small bunch of coriander leaves.add salt and mix well
