- Now add in chopped onion,scotch bonnet,ginger and garlic paste
- Add other spices of your choice and fry the stew very well till the oil comes out
- Add the meat,seasonings and keep stirring,your stew is done.
- Shred cabbage,grate carrot,chop cucumber and green pepper, slice tomatoe, put every thing in a salad bowl and add the mayo mix
